Domestic Returns and Refunds

Returns will be accepted as long as they are returned to us in brand new condition within 14 days since they were delivered. Once the return has been processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 24 hours. Shipping will not be refunded. Buyers are responsible for covering all shipping expenses for their return.

We are in no way, shape, or form responsible for any damage done to cleats after they have been worn and used. Under no condition will a refund be issued nor a return accepted if the cleats have been used. 

We highly encourage you to contact us if you are unsure about the sizing and/or fit of the cleats you are looking to purchase. 

We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer and will therefore also reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason.

International Returns and Refunds

Our 14-day return policy is for US customers only.

**International Customs and Duties Policy**

All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. These fees are not covered by Retro Soccer Cleats and must be paid by the customer. 

  • **Customs Fees:** All international customers are responsible for the payment of any customs fees applied to their order. These fees are imposed by the destination country and must be settled by the recipient in order for the goods to be released and delivered.
  • **Non-Refundable Orders:** In the event that an international customer refuses or neglects to pay the required customs fees, the order will not be eligible for a refund. It is imperative that all fees are paid promptly to avoid any complications with the delivery of your order.
  • **Reshipment of Orders:** Should you choose not to pay the import fees and consequently do not accept delivery of your item, you will have the option to have the item reshipped to you. However, you will be required to pay for the shipping costs again. 

We strongly advise all international customers to familiarize themselves with their country’s customs fees, duties, and taxes prior to placing an order. This will ensure a smooth and timely delivery process.
